"Pretty easy pickup, no stress"

"Warranty actually came through"
I’ll admit, I was skeptical about the warranty at first because these things usually have some catch. But they covered my repair just like they said they would, and all I had to pay was a small fee. Kind of surprised, but I’m happy with how it turned out.

I did get my deposit back quicker than I expected, so no complaints there. The only thing is I felt kind of ignored when I tried to check in about it, which was a bit frustrating. In the end it worked out fine, but a quick response would’ve made the whole thing feel a lot better.

The app does what it’s supposed to do, but it feels slow and clunky most of the time. I also get frustrated with how some policies seem to have little loopholes that make things less straightforward than they should be. It’s usable, but the overall experience could definitely be smoother

"The monthly payment actually fit my budget"
I went with fair because the monthly payment was lower than what I was finding at a few dealerships, that made a big difference for me. Getting a car can feel overwhelming fast, but knowing exactly what I’d be paying each month made the whole thing feel a lot more manageable.

The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the app and support felt a little slow at times. Still, for the price and the peace of mind it gave me, I’m really glad I chose it. It took a huge weight off my shoulders.
